Mas Peirot is an authentic farmhouse of 850 m2, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated in the original style. The farm has 60 hectares including 6 hectares of vineyards and 1 hectare of fruit trees. It is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona with a comfortable motorway 1.5 km from the farmhouse). It is a fabulous environment to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday in a natural environment. Up to 18 people. La Masia has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. Dimension of beds : 90x200. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn and trees and an XXL pool 5m x 10m with sun loungers. Large villa with 2 floors. Living room with fireplace and television. Dining room with air conditioning. Fireplace in the living room (firewood). 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Satellite antenna and cable television. Studying room. Alarm system. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Exterior of the villa: private pool, wonderful garden with lawn and trees, terrace, barbecue, outside area to sit and outside area to eat.
Overcharge depending on number of guests: 100 Euros/ person when more than 6 person.

Important Informations aout Rates and Payments:
At Weekly Villas, we offer the best value for money, charging only for the services you need. Our basic rate includes all essentials, but you can add additional services at the following costs:
1. Payment Methods: Visa credit card (3% fee) or bank transfer.
2. Refundable Damage Deposit: 2000 euros, refunded 8-14 days after check-out.
3. Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult over 16 years per day, for the first seven days.
4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: 400 euros at the end of the stay.
- Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 euros; final cleaning 400 euros.
- Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.
- One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros.
5. Costs for Weekly Stays: Supplement of 300 euros for water, electricity, and gas during low season (15/10 to 15/04), based on actual consumption.
6. Costs for Monthly Stays: 800 euros for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
7. Special Monthly Rates in Low Season: Discounts for stays of 1 to 5 months from October to April.
8. Late Arrival:
- 20:00 to 24:00: 45 euros.
- After 24:00: 70 euros.
- Sunday or public holiday: 50 euros.
9. Cancellations: No charge if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
10. Conditions for Children and Extra Beds:
- Children of any age allowed.
- Children 2 years old or younger stay free.
- 1 crib available free for children 2 years old or younger. Second crib at a cost of 100 euros.
11. Other Conditions:
- Payment Options: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000, Cash.
12. Supplement of 250 euros for short stays that include New Year's Eve.
