The house counts on fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge +freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. Living room equipped with DVD, satellite TV, iPod docking station and wifi. Please be aware that the fourth bathroom (to use if 8 people in the party) is in the basement of the villa , close to the fitness and Turkish Bath room. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased. The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.
