Our spacious city center apartment, with high ceilings and contemporary design, offers a luxurious yet charming atmosphere. Enjoy views of the historic center from the balconies and high windows. Located in the heart of Malaga, just steps from Calle Larios, the Cathedral, and Atarazanas Market. While shops and businesses are at your doorstep, the apartment remains peaceful and secluded thanks to soundproof windows. The apartment of 118 square meters features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, smart TV, and a large dining table. Three balconies offer views of the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove on a kitchen island, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all necessary crockery. There is also a half-bathroom next to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large closet, and high windows facing the street. The en suite bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two single beds, with a separate bathroom offering a large shower. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building with an elevator. Access is digital, requiring a smartphone with internet connection to unlock both exterior and interior doors. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 4 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. We can also offer you to book a spot in the parking garage nearby after you make a reservation.
