Pure relaxation in this spacious and quiet accommodation. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect apartment for you. The apartment is located in an exclusive private complex on the hill of Arguineguin. On the ground floor, the modern living area awaits you with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable leather sofa, TV, Wifi and a terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea on the side, guest toilet. From the pool level you have a beautiful view over the village to the sea and mountains. The pool is heated - around 27 degrees Celsius - and you can enjoy it all year around. Upper floor with large bathroom and bedroom. In this bedroom you will find a fold-out bed for the 2 persons ideal for families with children. The apartment is a good starting point for excursions and hikes around the island. From the communal pool, you have fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The apartment is located in an exclusive complex on the Arguineguin hill. From the heated community pool you have a wonderful view over Arguineguin to the sea. The beaches can be reached with a short walk. The most famous beaches in the area are connected by a promenade: Arguineguin, La Lajilla, Patalavaca and the famous Anfi Beach. In the fishing and marina you can book boat trips. In town you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. Anfi Beach offers all imaginable water sports: jet skiing, surfing, diving, kayaking, snorkeling, boat charters and excursions.
