Nerja Places Holiday Rental are a team of friends and proud neighbors of Nerja, with a background in tourism and hospitality. This project started after the pandemic, and we can proudly state that we have been successfully managing "Apartamentos Alan" and "Apartamentos Pintada 11" for two and a half years. During this time, we have experienced a constant growth, adding achievements and strengthening our position as a company in the sector.

Your family or friends will have everything within walking distance in this accommodation located in the center, in Plaza de España, next to the famous Balcón de Europa and the beautiful beaches of Salón and Cala-Honda. This magnificent apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them inside the double bedroom, kitchen with access to a balcony and living room with access to the terrace overlooking Plaza de España. There is a double bed of 1,50, two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Ideal for both families and a small group of friends. Travel crib and high chair on request and at low cost.

The apartment is located in the Plaza de España, in the center of Nerja, with all the services at hand.very close to the beach and the Balcon de Europa as well as stores, restaurants and typical tapas bars. The best way to move around the area is on foot, since from the apartment everything is at hand, but if you wish there are local bus lines.
