- Pets not allowed Centrally located alongside the seafront of Port de Soller, the holiday apartment Montemar 36 consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, a television, a cot and a highchair (both on request). Outside, you will find a private covered terrace with a barbecue and splendid view of the sea and the town’s marina, as well as a shared pool. The central location of the apartment within the town provides you with easy access to both the beach and many restaurants and shops. The nearest beach (Platja den Repic) is just a few minutes on foot (400m) and the nearest supermarket is also within the town, a 15 minute (1km) walk along the seafront. Along the seafront at Port de Soller, there is a large selection of restaurants and bars, as well as places to hire boats. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is 40 minutes drive away (37km). This property does not have air conditioning but does have fans. Please note that during the summer months the temperatures inside the property can exceed 25ºC. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
