Property information

Charming, large villa with private pool, on a sunny, southward oriented plot at Monte Pego with amazing views of the beautiful green landscape. The villa offers space for 6-7 persons and is - all on just one floor - splitted in 3 double bedrooms, a full bath room and a shower bath room (en-suite), an ample, airy lounge with dining area, a large, open plan kitchen with dish washer and office with washing machine, a glazed terrace with direct access to the pool area and furthermore a huge covered and glazed terrace with pull-out sofa bed and dining table and large gas BBQ. The garden around the villa is decorated with mediterranean plants. The nicely situated pool terrace with outdoor shower and stunning views of the valley invites for sun bathing and relaxing. The villa and the terraces are completely furnished and equipped. Air condition in the lounge and in 2 bedrooms, ceiling fans in the lounge, the dining area, the kitchen and in all the bedrooms. Wifi internet, Sat-TV (Astra), washing machine, dish washer. At the entrance of the plot there is a private carport to protect your vehicle from the sun.

Neighbourhood information

Calm situation in a residential neighbourhood at 7 km from Denia's beaches of Les Deveses. Monte Pego has its own little infrastructure with some restaurants, a bar and tennis courts. One of the restaurants can be reached easily by walking (400 m). The nearest big supermarket (Lidl) is at 6 km from the villa. The ancient village of Pego, with a very good infrastructure and a marvellous farmer's market, can be reached in 10 minutes. Also the village of Els Poblets is at 10 minutes by car, there you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, other shops, restaurants and bars. The large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is at only 10 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12 -18 km.
