The 83 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and 4 open terraces. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking inside the property are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are 24/7 security cameras in the lounge area and the corridor.
