My Flats is a company that specializing in managing vacation rental apartments and villas in Alicante. We own and manage buildings which are exclusively used for vacation rentals, which allow us to provide the quality and service of a hotel but with a distinctive family feel and with the comfort of a home and not a hotel room.

Newly refurbished building in the very heart of the historic district of Alicante City. Finished to the highest standards and keeping all the historic architectural details of the building. All the flats have smart home features, views to the castle of santa barbara and the property is close to all the historical points of interest, the beach of el postiguet as well as all the top restaurants and bars of Alicante.

My Flats DS Villavieja is located in the heart of the historic quarter of Alicante. Only 50 meters from the basilica of Santa Maria and the town hall. 300 meters from the beach of el Postiguet and close to all the restaurants and bars of the center of Alicante.
