Newly refurbished flat next to one of the most important office areas in Madrid and the IFEMA exhibition centre. It is a flat with a very spacious and bright open plan living room-kitchen, perfect for relaxing or working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. It has two large double bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with shower. It is a perfect flat to spend a few days in Madrid for work or leisure.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in the Sanchinarro neighbourhood, which is a residential area of the Valdefuentes neighbourhood, in the Hortaleza district of the city of Madrid. It is a residential area, very quiet and with multiple free parking spaces. It has supermarkets in the area, as well as bars, parks, hospitals and a Corte Inglés shopping centre. Very well communicated
