Family friendly 2 Bedroom Apartment at Condado de Alhama, with rooftop solarium and balcony! Communal pool 60 away and small childrens play area to front of apartment! On Condado de Alhama gated resort containing a Spar supermarket. Bars, restaurants etc.. 300m to Alhama Signature clubhouse Cleaning fees are payable with booking so no additional fees to be paid locally
Condado de Alhama is a friendly neighbourhood which can be busy during peak times with families on holiday! It is home to a broad range of family units from young families to older retired couples! Unassigned on street parking is available to the rear of the apartment! There Is a small childrens play area to the front of the apartment, the swimming pool is approximately 60m away and you are about a 5 minutes walk from the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature golf course clubhouse. The bars and shops at Al Kasar is about a 12 minute walk away. In Al Kasar there are many bars and restaurants as well as a Spar Supermarket
