Just a stone's throw away from the sand beach, this cozy apartment for 6 guests has access to a shared pool. There's a shared, 15m x 10m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2.2m and a childrens' pool (depth: 0.6m). If you're reluctant to give up your daily sports routine while you're on holidays, you can use the shared tennis court (please bring your own equipment). The apartment is on the fourth floor with lift and counts with a 6m2 sized terrace overlooking the street and the urbanization. The nice apartment features a sitting-dining room with TV (local channels), a kitchen with vitro hob and a few cooking utensils, a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a bath with bath tub. You can choose between three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one double bedroom with en-suite bath with bath tub. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. Two electric radiators and three fans complete the equipment. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.

Its located only a minute walk from the thin sand beach, Playa de Gandía, where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volley, practice waterports or have a nice walk at the seaside and port, wich is full of bars, restaurants and ice creams shops. So, the beach offers a wide range of activities for all tastes, depending of what you fancy to do, since resting in the sun to be more active and practice sports. You can also visit Gandía"s old town, wich not only has excelent restaurants, but a nice historycal story to tell. You can discover more about the past of this city, and visit important and beautiful monuments, like Ducal palace, the nice City Council or Santa Clara"s convent.
