Welcome to Duna Beach II, a newly built apartment complex (2022) in charming Torrox Costa. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from the beach and the beautiful 3 km promenade along the sea. Here you can enjoy leisurely walks, dine at delightful restaurants, and explore places that offer yoga classes and thrilling diving and surfing opportunities. The surrounding area of the apartment is filled with a diverse range of facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, charming bakeries, padel courts, and golf courses. The cozy 22 square meters balcony faces southwest, ensuring sun throughout the day. Just outside the apartment, you'll find a spacious swimming pool with parasols. The property provides complimentary parking facilities connected to the apartment, and elevators making it easy to access the apartment on the second floor. The apartment features a living room and kitchen with a modern open floor plan. There is also a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals with an extendable dining table for 6 people. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. Two of these bedrooms have a king-size double bed, one of which can be separated. The third bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. There are also two large bathrooms with toilet and shower/bathtub. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV. Connect and enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi and internet access. This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner.
