The bright 90 m² holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms), a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from 01/04 to 30/10), a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Both terraces are furnished with a table and chairs. Spend the afternoon on one of the sun loungers with a good book, refresh yourself in the pool afterwards and end the day with specialities from your own grill. Free parking is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access. Groups of young people and parties are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. A baby bed and high chair are not provided.
