Montesol I Apartment 6 has a fabulous views of the ocean, Siam Park and of sunrise to sunset. The interior has recently been completely modernized to high standards. The community pool and garden is shared by only 13 other apartments. The evenings are quiet and serene here. You are within 800 m of the beach and many restaurants and entertainment venues. Stairs adjacent to Montesol I lead to the path to the beaches of Playa de las Américas and to Puerto Colon. Free parking is available.

This neighbourhood is very exclusive. New multi-million Euro villas line the upper ridge of the hillside above the Montesol I residential complex. My vacation rental is closer to the beach, stores and entertainment facilities than most of those ultra-expensive villas. The Siam Water Park is within a 10 minute walking distance and presently has a special night-time experience in the months of July and August for guests seeking a very special thrill. Day-time thrill-seekers are highly recommended to visit this famous water park at least once during their visit. The second water park also within walking distance is Aqualand. This is less expensive and generally more appropriate for younger children and seniors. The beaches within walking distance offer spectacular views and varied sand types. There are wide walkways along the beaches and fantastic restaurants and pubs with amazing views and often live music. You won't run out of activities to do in this region. Whether you like surfing, swimming, sunbathing, sailing, motorboating, jet-skiing, exploring the ocean in a submarine, paragliding, golf, tennis, football, go-carting, billiard, darts, escape rooms, clubbing, sports bars, children's playgrounds, restaurants with specialties from numerous different cultures, classy dining, casual dining, etc. - you will find all this and more within a radius of 1 - 20 kilometers of Montesol I. Day trips with rental cars or a tour bus to the scenic mountainous regions of Tenerife are also highly recommendable. Since there is so much to do on this island, feel free to rent this apartment for up to 2 months in a row, or become a regular guest of mine any time of year. The hottest months are July and August, but any month has pleasant daytime temperatures typically above 20 C. Southern Tenerife receives very little rain, so outdoor activities are almost always possible.
