Incredible Villa situated on the top skirts of the Montana Roja Volcano with astonishing views of the Ocean and the Fuerteventura island. The Villa offers a wonderful exterior with a terrace and a private infinity-edge pool to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Fully furnished and equipped. The two floors offer 3 bedrooms (all with access to a terrace) and 3 bathrooms. Located in a private gated community in a quiet and exclusive area close to all services. Close to the sea and all services.
Playa Blanca (Spanish for "White Beach") is the southernmost town of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. It is the newest resort on the island, and is part of the municipality of Yaiza. Villa Morochos is situated in a beautiful and quite neighbourhood with a variety of atttacations, hotels and restaurants, its marina and its incredible beaches There is plenty of space to park in Villa Morochos, having space for 3 cars. Also there is parking space available in the streets of the compound. The number 30 bus is the local bus that circulates around Playa Blanca all day. The cost is 1.40 euros regardless of your destination and the length of your journey. For timetables and more information visit the arrecifebus website and for up-to-date information on your mobile download the free app “GuaguApp Lanzarote”.
