Guests must contact the host when booking more than two rooms, and reservations for more than two rooms are non-refundable.

Clients will receive the entry code by email before the day scheduled for check-in, after having sent the identification documents of the guests and signed the traveler's part, and in some cases have provided the billing information and a receipt payment.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
