Property information

Palmeras 25 is a new high end development completed 2020. The apartment is a third floor with stunning views over Benalmádena costa. Apartment is facing south-east, cathing morning sun on the terrace. The location is some 300 meters walking distance to the sea. Supermarket (Mercadona), cafés and restaurants within few minutes walk (Avenida de las Palmeras). The urbanization has a seasonal pool. Private parking in underground garage. The sofa can be converted to bed.

Neighbourhood information

This is our favorite area in Benalmádena. The beach is only a short walk away, a great place to start the day with a stroll along the Paseo Maritime. Restaurants and supermarket just around the corner. The Paloma Park is a must, some 500 meters, with its playground, lake, and live animals. Public transport by bus or train. Taxi or Uber.
