The public spaces and the rooms of the hotel contain wooden furniture, leather chairs and forged wall lights which contribute to the affable and cosy atmosphere. The most representative dishes of the restaurant are the migas ruleras (fried breadcrumbs), the gachas (pâté), the galianos manchegos, the duelos y quebrantes, the cod tiznao, the rabbit mojete and the caldereta manchega (lamb stew).
