It has Pool, Gym, Children's Playground, Paddle, Basketball and Soccer Courts, Mini-golf, Social Club, Restaurant, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and Heating.

Playa de la Patacona in Alboraya is a must-visit area during your stay in Valencia. This neighborhood retains its charm both in summer and winter.
