Just 15 minutes from the Historic City Centre and the City of Arts and Sciences, and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. The apartment features a swimming pool, gym, children's playground, paddle tennis, basketball and football courts, mini-golf, social club, restaurant, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
