Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment, located in sunny and peaceful Pedregalejo, a beach community in Malaga. It is located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, and you can easily take a bus to the center of Malaga. There are restaurants, cafes, parks and grocery stores within a couple of blocks, so there are many amenities available a short walk away. The apartment was completely refurbished last year and includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. There is also an interior patio with a washing machine. The apartment is very private, with its own gate and entrance. It is technically considered a guest house, but the main house and the apartment are separated by a locked gate and there is no access between the 2 units when the gate is closed (it is locked at all times). The apartment has a shaded courtyard, where you can sit outside. This space may also be used as parking for the main house.
