Property information

The apartment is located in the most elegant and exposed private complex of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. The very well maintained apartment has a spacious, south-facing, private balcony with spectacular sea views. The sheltered Jablillo Beach invites you to swim, this is located directly in front of the complex. The apartment has two quiet, allergy-friendly bedrooms. One bedroom has a 1.60 m double bed, the other has a 1.60 m double bed. Allergy-friendly bedding and high-quality bed linen from GamaNatur are always used. There is enough storage space in both bedrooms. From April 2023 it will have thermal insulation in the bedrooms and thermal windows. The seating area, inviting you to linger, will spoil you with direct sea views. The apartment is also equipped with a new SmartTV. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.
