Our charming attic apartment of 56 square meters is a hidden gem for couples and solo travelers seeking a premium stay in Malaga. Enjoy the sun on your private terrace upstairs, and experience the comfort of a fully equipped home. Located right next to Calle Larios, you're steps away from the city's main attractions, along with shops, bars, and restaurants. This duplex, occupying the 3rd and 4th floors of a newly restored building with an elevator, features high ceilings and large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment includes a spacious living room with a sofa, smart TV, and dining area, plus two large windows with small balconies offering street views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all essentials. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, offers a double bed, closet, and large window facing the street. Upstairs in the "attic" area, the second bedroom features a comfy double bed, en suite bathroom, lounge area, and a desk for remote work. Access is digital, requiring a smartphone to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Detailed instructions will be provided upon booking. You will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - less than 1 minute on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 4 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.
