A lovely penthouse with a terrace and a solarium roof terrace. With a fantastic sea view and beach view from both . With a great pool, and also private parking. Its just a short walk down the hill, to a great beach, and many restaurants and beach bars. In the lovely resort of Mojacar, with great beaches, and also the quaint old town. Once you've been to Mojacar, you'll fall in love with this enchanted place.

Hello, we are Julie and Tom, we are a British couple who have lived in Spain for eight years. Our main home in Spain is in Loz Velez, Andalucia. But we have been lucky to be able to buy our holiday home by the sea, in Mojacar. Our apartment has beautiful views , we hope you enjoy it. Best regards

The neighborhood is very good, near to beach, near good restaurants and bars. Bus stops near to the apartment. We have private parking. Also there is a great regular bus service , and the bus stop is a short walk from our apartment.
