The chalet is located 5 minutes away from the beach (Somo/Loredo) and 10 minutes away from the Real Club de Pedreña, where you will find what used to be Severiano Ballesteros's house. It is located in a residential and quiet zone. From the house you can hear the sea, and the 2.000 meter garden increases the feeling of being immersed in nature. Surfing in Spain started in Somo, what explains the multiple surf shools you will find in the area.
