In Spain, to ensure public safety It is essential that you have completed and sent your check-in online and that you have received the verification from the property at least 3 hours before your arrival to authorise access to the apartment. Our customer service schedule is until 22:00; after this time, you can still book normally, although there will be no direct service. For any questions outside the hours, we will answer exclusively via the Booking platform.

The charges for bed linen/towels are as follows:

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
