Property information

Newly renovated apartment, modern style. With all the basic services. Breakfast service included as a gift or gift: Which includes a carton of milk, per night, nespresso coffee capsules per day and per person staying, envelopes of cocoa powder, envelopes of sugar and tea, 1 sobao per person, and 1 envelope of cookies also per person. By way of personal attention, not included in the price and free for the stay. Central and close to both the main street Gran Vía, and 10 minutes walk from the old town, where you will find the tapas or skewers area, as the main attractions of the city. Also very close to the new Palace of Justice, recently renovated area. In the area there is both public and paid parking. Close entry and exits of the city.

It is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the center, 10 minutes from the walking area and 5 minutes from the old town. . Near the new Palace of Justice. Below in the public and paid parking area. And an original park. Also in the parking zone of blue zone or payment and free of white stripe mostly. Very close to a Civil Guard barracks. Between two main streets, Chile Street and Marqués de Murrieta Street and with all kinds of shops, and services.
