New apartment , two bedrooms with double beds with fitted wardrobes, bathroom, living room with American kitchen all new fully furnished and equipped, including washer and dryer. Dining room, double sofa bed and a terrace with good views. It has central hot and cold air conditioning. It has an elevator. WIFI FREE. The urbanization is very quiet and safe. Free surface parking.
