New! Artistic, spacious and bright apartment. All the paintings, art and decoration that you will see in the apartment is created by different artists living in Barcelona. Located 2 minutes from Plaza España, Montjuic Castle and Fira de Barcelona. 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and downtown. The Poble Sec Metro station (L3-green line) and Plaza España (L3 and L1-red line) are a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Bus D20 2 minutes away, direct to the beach in 20 minutes. Barcelona-Sant train station 13 minutes by public transport.
I have been receiving guests in the city for more than 5 years, this is my new accommodation and in addition to being a super comfortable flat, I will inform you about cultural activities, entertainment, secret places and everything you need to get to know Barcelona from within.
Very quiet residential neighborhood next to the New Gastronomic Mile of Barcelona, with prestigious restaurants such as "Tickets", "Ikibana", "Teatro", "41º" and "Bodega 1901". Sant Anotni and Boqueria Market. Everything you need very close, supermarkets, laundries, pharmacies and parking. Even currency exchange houses and ATMs.
