Marvellous apartment in Oliva Nova, for 2 to 4 people. Enjoy your holidays in this amazing penthouse, with excellent views. Have a refreshing dip in the 30 x 15m shared pool, with a depth of 0,5-1,9m. In the garden surrounding the pool, you can relax and sunbath. There is a furnished terrace with access from the living room and the bedroom, to enjoy a drink or an outdoor dinner. From this terrace, the spiral stairs lead to a solarium, where you will pass memorable moments with your loved ones, watching the stars or sunbathing. The 53m2 apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The interior is modernly styled and will make you feel at home. The luminous living- and dining room counts with a sofa and a television, to relax or enjoy a typical “siesta”. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. There is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is small, yet functional, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook some tasty dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more persons could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tub. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.
