Property information

Magnificent duplex located in the coastal town of Poris de Abona. The apartment is in a modern apartment complex, at the rear there is a large communal swimming pool and another one for children, both are fenced. Pools aren’t heated. Apartment is reached by the second floor where you can find two double bedrooms with wonderful views to the sea and the lighthouse, a single bedroom and two bathrooms. Living room is downstairs where you can step on the spacious terrace with stunning sea views! The open kitchen is well furnished and equipped with all comfort, such as 4-burner stove, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, blender, etc. On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet.

If you are looking for tranquility and need to relax El Porís is the ideal place to enjoy the holidays. Small fishing village, with a beach, promenade and pier where you can relax in the sun and take a dip in the calm waters of the bay. El Porís has everything you need to spend your holidays, 2 supermarkets open 7 days a week, pharmacy, bank, 3 restaurants and a cafe. Very well connected with the rest of the island, being close to the motorway in a few minutes you can enjoy the most emblematic areas of Tenerife.
