Overlooking the Huécar Gorge in central Cuenca, this charming guest house is set in a restored 17th-century monastery. Posada San José offers a traditional restaurant, a garden and a 24-hour reception. Free WiFi is available throughout. Rooms at the San José have simple, bright décor and central heating.
