We are a couple (Alejandro Mediavilla and Núria Boné) from Barcelona who met in 2014 and one of the main things that brought us together was the passion for Menorca.
Our philosophy with this project is, in addition to offering accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Menorca, to try to transmit that passion for the island, to meet people from different parts of the world and, ultimately, to make the holidays of all our guests unforgettable days in Menorca and especially in our house, SA POSIDONIA.
Property information
It is a beautiful house built in 1950, very large and spacious and above all very bright. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 shared bathrooms and a kitchen which can be used at any time. Each room has its own fridge and pantry space. The house also has several terraces, a garden with swimming pool and a porch with table tennis. All areas have tables and chairs for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Neighbourhood information
We are located only 50 metres from the port of Ciudadela, in a quiet residential area but at the same time only 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close to the house. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away, and the most beautiful beaches in the area are a 10-20 minute drive away
