Beautiful villa with garden, pool and views of the Mediterranean Sea, 150 meters from the beach of Las Fuentes, in a beautiful residential area. House of 350 m2 on a plot of 900 m2 and with all kinds of amenities (private garage, WIFI, barbecue, etc). Reformed in 2018. It has 4 spacious rooms, all with en suite bathroom. Excellent option up to 13 people. Master bedroom with large dressing room. Beautiful views of the sea from the pool, the terrace, the garden and the main room. The other 3 rooms are also very spacious and each has a large bathroom. Large living room and dining room, with access to the garden and the pool. Large terrace with sofas next to the pool. Outside table to eat watching the sea. An authentic luxury of vacations.
We are a couple that likes to travel a lot. Now that we have children we also like to travel with them a lot, and so we have traveled all together across several continents. We have had the experience of staying in other people's houses, and the experience has always been fantastic, so we decided to share our beautiful Alcocéber villa for those travelers who want an authentic experience.
Alcocebre is a beautiful coastal town, with a careful coastline, and the wonderfulness of its beaches unites the fact of having a protected mountainous area, the Sierra de Irta. It is a village for family tourism, with excellent beaches (almost all Blue Flag of the European Union) and spacious. It has all kinds of services and a wide range of restaurants, because the cuisine of the area is excellent.
