Pries Homes & Art unfolds all its charm in a privileged corner of Malaga city, 10 minutes from the historic centre and a few meters from the beach of La Malagueta. We are a small company very familiar with the world of accommodation and we want our clients to feel at ease in an atmosphere of elegance, comfort and tranquillity. We give a personal, close and cordial treatment, so that your stay in Malaga is perfect. We also like to show our passion for art and the customs of our city. So we will be offering different types of events/workshops for our clients. Our main objective is that the client can take a nice memory of their stay formed by good customer service, wellbeing in the accommodation and the possibility of enjoying an exclusive event.

All rooms are double, with private bathroom, safe, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a small balcony. Ideal for relaxing and making the most of our wonderful city. The lounge of our Bed & Breakfast offers a buffet breakfast, a continental breakfast. You will be able to taste both sweet and savoury. Breakfast will be served in the lounge and on the terrace. It is located 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the historic city centre. The temperature of the city is perfect for any activity: sport, tourism and beach. Crossing the Paseo Reding and the gardens of the Paseo del Parque, you can stroll at the foot of the Alcazaba and other places of interest such as the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the Cathedral or the Cervantes Theatre. If you love shopping, Malaga is the city for you. As well as several shopping centres and department stores, the historic centre is a good place to indulge yourself. Malaga's coastline is also fun. You cannot leave without discovering the wide range of tapas bars and restaurants that we will be happy to recommend. And if you want some peace and quiet, the beaches of the Costa del Sol are a wonderful alternative.
