This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private villa is situated on a quiet corner plot on the ever popular La Torre Golf Resort. The property is located in an exceptional position, just moments from the resort supermarket, and a very short 10-minute walk to the Town Centre area, where you will find the Golf Course, Club House, bars, restaurants and also the Hilton Hotel with gym and spa (additional charge). This newly renovated villa offers a southwest facing tiled garden with a private pool, providing sun all day, as well as a spacious roof solarium. The property is completely refurbished with stylish accommodation and furnishing throughout. Furthermore, the villa offers all the utilities you need in order to feel right at home; for instance a Sonos speaker, outdoor gaming equipment and all the kitchenware you will need if you are a demanding home cook.
