Casa Bebo has recently been renovated. Its features include a/c and heating in all bedrooms, a private swimming pool, fireplace, BBQ, smart TV, dishwasher, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a roof terrace. Pool and garden maintenance is included. Gas, water and electricity as well (up to 300 euro per month in total). A cleaning lady can be arranged if desired. We are a friendly Dutch expat couple in their 50's currently living in Switzerland, but who have lived all over the world. We adore our 2 kids (who have moved out), our 2 dogs and cat, and are regularly found traveling and working all over the world.
The villa is located in La Nucía in a very quiet area with a 50/50 mix of local and foreign retired people. A supermarket is within walking distance (3 min). It’s ideal for couples wanting to spend the winter/summer in the sun in style near beaches and mountains. Altea beach is 7 min drive, Alfas del Pi 9 min, Albir 14 min, Benidorm 20 min, Calpe 23 min and Alicante airport 45 min.
