This newly-renovated appartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in a priviledged spot, only a few miuntes by foot from the beach in Paseo del Altillo and also the city center of Almuñécar. The apartment includes all kinds of amenities: air-conditioning (cold/warm), fully-equipped kitchen, double-glass windows which prevent noise from coming into the house, two WiFi nwtworks, a 55" TV with Netflix, Movistar+ and Amazon Prime and an additional 32" TV with a Google Chrome Cast device. Additionally, the appartment offers multiple home appliances (oven, laundry, dryer, etc.), tableware, cutterly, towels and sheets. If required, a free parking spot in our garage (10 minutes away from the appartment by foot) can be provided. This is a touristic appartment completely managed by the owners.

We are a Spanish-Belgian family who loves nature and traveling together. We offer our beach appartment, which is fully equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. I take very seriously that my guests feel welcome and comfortable. If required I can provide a free parking spot in our garage, which can be extremely useful specially during the summer. I am also available at all times via whatsapp (Spanish/English/German) and also by the phone (Spanish/French) in case you have any doubts, you are looking for reccomendations or to solve any inconvenience that you may have.

he appartment is very well located, only 100 meters away from the beach in Paseo del Altillo where you can also find the nicest restaurants and clubs to go out in the summer. Despite being next to the town square, full of bars and restaurants -which offer delicious tapas and cocktails- the double-glass in the windows prevents noise from getting into the bedrooms, this way guaranteeing the rest of our guests. In the same building there is also a small grocery store that opens every day of the week, which can be very convenient. The appartment is also very close to the city center, where you can find every kind of store, cafes, ice cream placesand also the town market.
