Penthouse apartment with private roof terrace, located on the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The exclusive resort is a gated community with 24 hours security and stunning well maintained garden and pool areas. It has a Dave Thomas designed golf course with a 72 par 18 hole course, practice area and putting greens. There is also a gym within the community as well as superb restaurant at the club house and safe play areas for children.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment as much as we do. It’s a lovely and friendly area of Spain with lots of beautiful places to visit, fun activities and plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind.
It is a less than 10 minute walk to Roda village where you have local bars, restaurants and shops. Roda Golf is situated within Los Alcazares, near to many blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor. The beaches of the Mar Menor are a 5 minute drive away. It is a short drive (5 minutes) to many supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona. Murcia International Airport is about 25 minutes away by taxi or car and Alicante Airport is 55 minutes away.
