The house is 3rd line from the beachfront, It has a large modern swimming pool bigger than most, it has a spacious living room and a separate conservatory area overlooking the pool. There is off street parking for upto three cars.
I live in London, England but half my family are from Almeria and live in the area where the property is, with an aunt on the next street. I frequently visit Spain. I am english with a spanish mother, I understand some spanish. I enjoy walking and cycling along the beachfront.
It is a fairly quiet neighbourhood, there are many hotels, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. There is a Mercadona, Aldi and Spar also within walking distance and there is a major shopping centre with a cinema and a carrefore supermarket a short bus journey away. Its ideal for families.
