Property information

Nice first floor apartment of 82 m² completely refurbished. It consists of three bedrooms, two of them are double and one single, bathroom with shower, living room with access 9 m² lovely terrace ideal for breakfast or have a snack and fully equipped kitchen where space has been maximized to make it fully functional. The living room has air conditioning hot / cold. As for the decor, white is the protagonist creating fresh and pleasant atmosphere with plenty of natural light, very cozy. The details complete the place filling it with charm and inviting us to enjoy the house.

Neighbourhood information

The location is perfect, far from crowds and close to all services, pharmacy, bus, taxi, supermarket, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. The beaches are the main attraction of visitors to the island of Mallorca in general and the Bay of Alcudia in particular. But travelers who come year after year to this tourist destination always find that there are many more things to do in Alcudia. From all kinds of water sports, horseback riding, bike routes, walking beautiful landscapes and nature reserves, visit the weekly market to buy local products, The Old Town or the Roman walls contemplating the footprint of the past, there is much to see and enjoy in Alcudia. The Port of Alcudia, with the beautiful boats on the waterfront, lively shopping and nightlife and the best restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, is the best place to end the day.
