This holiday rental features a private outdoor terrace as well as access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The property is located on the beachfront, close to public transport, and a 15-minute walk from a tennis court. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The building has a lift. This accommodation features energy and water-saving measures.
