This is a Fincallorca holiday home. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with direct access to the covered terrace, to the left is the kitchen, which also has access to the outside terrace. The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast table. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the garage in the basement, but is also accessible via a staircase from inside the house. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180 cm joined to form a large double bed, air conditioning and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs is the living room with 2 sofas and a TV with access to another terrace. Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180 cm with ceiling fan. Bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 180 cm, but which can be joined together to form a large double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom with a 150 cm x 180 cm bed, air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub. Outside there is a covered terrace with traditional Savina beams, an outdoor dining table and space to play table tennis overlooking the barbecue area and pool. 11m x 5m pool. Balinese bed and sunbeds, there are many trees that provide shade and a beautiful view where you can see the church of San Miguel and the sea in the background. Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
