Property information

Beautiful house with amazing pool, BBQ and private yard, located a stone's throw away from the village of l'Ampolla (Ebro Delta). The house has 4 bedrooms and fits 9 people. It also has 2 bathrooms, a full equiped kitchen and a comfortable living/dinning room. Outside the house there is a very large terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy the view and the tranquility, under the shade of a pergola. The exterior yard has the massive garden: 60.000m2, with plenty of trees and a beautiful swimming pool (9x3,5). The accommodation is located in the Delta del Ebro. The richness of this zone makes it perfect for the enjoyment multiple outside activities with your family or friends. You can go to the beach, go fishing, play sports, sail to the river mouth, watch the local wildlife and vegetation, go hiking or bike riding, visit the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, discover its gastronomy and its native products, etc. IMPORTANT: The amount of the deposit during the bank holidays of October 31st "La Castanyada", June 23rd "Sant Joan" and the New Year's Eve is 500 euros.

Neighbourhood information

To move around a car would be recommended. It is a fantastic place for cycling because it is totally flat, there are very few cars, you can find a lot of paths and a lot of places to meet.
