To Rent flat in the centre of Las Americas, a few steps from the seafront and 'El Bobo' beach, close to the main services. Located on the 6th floor, it enjoys sea views. It is very bright and consists of an open-plan bed room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. It has a livable balcony equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the open space! It can accommodate up to 3 people. Among the various conveniences it has are - toaster - microwave oven - coffee machine - hairdryer - Smart TV - WIFI - iron and ironing board - safe - free on-street parking - towels and bed linen included. The complex has 2 swimming pools and a lift For lost keys there is an extra charge of 20 euro per lock change. The flat is 1.5 km from Aqualand and 1.6 km from Siam Park. Only 18 km from Tenerife South Airport. Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. (bus stop in front of the complex) Just a few steps away from Playa de Las Américas and Playa de Troya, nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy.
