Renovation works on the building façade are currently in progress. The swimming pool and the Balcony areas are under maintenance, and although they are usable, access may be limited. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that noise is possible during working hours.

**We recommend checking with us shortly before your arrival to confirm whether the works have been completed, but until the end of august it will continue for sure(.**
