The apartment is located on a quiet gated community in Gran Alacant and is just a few minutes walk to the local amenities. It is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, featuring stunning views of the surrounding countryside. This apartment features a combined living/dining room the opens onto a spacious terrace, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. It also features a good-sized kitchen, family bathroom and a bright two story entry with storage space under the stairs. Those looking for outside space will appreciate the ground floor garden — another place to get some sun or even use as parking. It comes fully furnished and also features air conditioning, a top of the line Ferroli boiler, security bars, refrigerator , stove, microwave , coffee maker, tea , etc. In the living room there is TV with Nordic channels and CD / radio. Bedrooms are also equipped with 4 bed, duvets , pillows , sheets There is pool in the complex available for all owners/tenants .

Neighbourhood information

Nearby are several cafes, banks, pharmacy , an optician, a dentist, a hair and beauty salons, a boutique, the post office and a supermarket as well as the weekly local market every Thursday. There is also a big Chinese shop with all kind of goods you might need. There are also a plenty of restaurants - Indian, Chinese, Italian, Argentinian and English bars The beautiful sandy beaches of Carabassi and Los Arenales are about a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes away by car. There are bus and tourist train stops close by offering an inexpensive way to get around Gran Alacant. And for the less energetic there are a communal pool and garden. The provincial capital of Alicante with its international airport, high speed rail service to Madrid, castle, university, hospitals, shopping centres, marina, casino, theatre and three branches of El Corte Ingles is fifteen minutes away by car. There also is regular bus service from Gran Alacant but we recommend renting a car if you want to explore the Costa Blanca. South of Gran Alacant lies the traditional Spanish port of Santa Pola, home to the largest fishing fleet in the Mediterranean. Just offshore is Tabarca.
