Property information

Very pretty and neat villa in calm, sunny location with beautiful views to the mountains and the green landscape. 10-15 minutes by car from the best beaches and the charming village Pego. The villa offers space for 6 people. On just one floor there are 3 bed rooms, 1 bath room en-suite, another shower bath room, a spacious living-dining area, a well appointed kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine. In front of the pool there is a glazed terrace which can be opened in summer. In the outdoor area you can enjoy a beautiful pool, a shower and a terrace with sun shades and BBQ area. The pretty garden is arranged around the villa and offers diverse romantic seatings. The villa is equipped with wifi internet, Sat-TV (Astra) and ceiling fans. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the amazing panoramic views.

Neighbourhood information

Monte Pego is a good starting point for plenty of activities. Visit the natural dunes beach of Oliva Nova or the fine sandy beach of Les Deveses. The ancient village Pego is at only 7 km. There you can do the shopping in one of the numerous super markets, or you can go to the large shopping centre in Ondara, which is 10 km away. The beautiful city Denia at 20 km, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Monte Pego is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
