Casa Solvino is a modern, large, detached south-facing villa with beautiful views over the Jalon valley. The villa is equipped with very good internet via WiFi, air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms and bedrooms, central heating upstairs, double glazing, awnings, windows with blinds and mosquito screens and all bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. There is ample parking (+ carport) on site and an extra bicycle shed.
The villa has a spectacular garden with large heated private pool with outdoor shower and a large terrace of 100 m2 with BBQ. There is a dining area under a pergola, where you can eat or have a drink. The separated floors make it ideal for large families, parents and children with their families or for two friendly families.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms (1 with TV) and two bathrooms (1 with washing machine). The living room has a spectacular view, a spacious terrace for the evening sun, TV with all channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a covered terrace. Downstairs is an independent apartment with lounge (TV), fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The Jalon valley and surrounding area is a great walking area. Many well-marked hiking trails run along the coast and in the art mountains. Walks on the Bernia, La Solana, Penyal d'Ifac, the Montgó and Col de Rates are worthwhile. There are also ecological hiking trails between Calp and Benissa and in Denia and Xàbia (Jávea). Around Jálon you will walk on historical hiking trails in search of ruins from Moorish times and the old wells. Vast vineyards, orange and almond tree plantations are located around the village. The village is surrounded by green hills and mountains; The Sierra Bernia, a ridge that is more than 1000 meters high! Mountain climbers will also get their money's worth here.
On the Costa Blanca there are beautiful seaside resorts in abundance such as: Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Alicante, Altea, Dénia and Valencia. In the larger ports, such as Alicante, Benidorm, Calpe and Denia, you can also take a longer trip with a large boat. For the golfer, the Costa Blanca is a paradise with 21 golf courses. In the immediate vicinity of Jalon there are four golf courses (Denia, Oliva Nova, Javea and Benissa Ifach). This part of the Costa Blanca is also ideal for cyclists and cyclists.
